The apply was fine and out of no where just stopped working unfortunately we removed and reset the app and tried adding it again and it still did not add to our website. We contacting support however decided to go with another app

This is the perfect IG feed app, was easy to install and support reached out to me to remove the "Powered by" all on their own. I hadn't realized that was possible with using the free version. Hopefully I get up to the 1000 visitors a month to my site and thus have to pay their reasonable subscription rate!
great app and supriya was very helpful as i was having issues removing the watermark One of the things I love about this app is how customizable it is. I can choose the layout, size, and style of my Instagram feed to match my brand's look and feel. Plus, I can tag products in my Instagram posts and have them automatically appear on my Shopify store, making it easier for customers to shop my feed.
I installed the app and supriya was the first to help me and customized me everything that i needed very fast. Very helpful
After few months using the app I decided I didn't want my instagram feed on my page (the app is very badly optimized for pagespeed, and the images don't have ALTS).
But the worst part is, when I try to downgrade my plan, the button doesn't do anything. I tried to contact em using the chat box but noone ever answered me. After a few days I tried again and this time the button still don't do anything, but there is no more chat box or way to contact em.
