I installed this app in our store and unfortunately due to my specific store setup and configuration, this app will not work for us. So why the 5 star review you may ask?? I contacted Raptor support with the issue we were having. They looked at our store setup and identified the issue. Instead of changing our store setup which could damage other areas in the store, or making up some excuse, Raptor support told us what the problem was, they were ethical in letting us know their app was not the best solution for our particular store and they made sure we were not charged for our time on the app. With all the apps available and the way we store owners take leaps of faith many times on installing these apps - it is great to come across an app owner with the business ethics and integrity that Raptor showed me. If this app will work for your store, I highly recommend it based on the ethical and quick response I received from Raptor support.

We evaluated many instagram feed apps and this app definitely stood out as the best - great options especially pertaining to the image mouseover detail. The team even went above and beyond by logging into my site as a collaborator to help fix a glitch that I was having with the app displaying on my particular website on mobile displays. Highly recommended!
