Intelligems: A/B Testing

This app is very useful and helps us understand our customers more. The support team is also very helpful and quick to respond. They explained how to set up a custom event and helped me understand how to best set it up given my needs. I really appreciate their helpfulness. I am just taking off one star because the app is expensive and the UI made it a little difficult for me to figure things out on my own.

I've been in the website testing and CRO space for over 10 years and have worked with many testing tools. Intelligems stands out for its depth of analytics and the variety of tests you can run.

Being natively integrated with Shopify, Intelligems expands testing beyond just page design and content — like most other testing tools — to include settings and pricing as well. The test data, and the ability to see the impact of your tests on revenue at the variant level (plus all events), have been a real game changer. It's helped push CRO and testing to evolve from measuring conversion rate alone to measuring actual business impact.

Intelligems has been a huge asset to my team. We went from an A/B testing platform that required a developer to build every single test to Intelligems which allows anyone on the team to spin up tests in no time at all. This helps us test and learn very quickly which has given us meaningful benefit. The Intelligems team has also been incredible to work with - very helpful and responsive.

Intelligems has been the base of which we operate all growth efforts to validate or invalidate ideas. Landing pages, pricing slopes, theme tests, etc all go through Intelligems to optimize for growth and validate larger budgets for scale. The customer service, the constant updates to the platform and the integrations (including Claude MCP) make this a perfect addition to the tech stack for any growth operator.

I've been using Intelligems for my Shopify CRO agency (dtcpages.com) and also our own internal brand for many years now, and the product, in my professional opinion, is the best on the market.

The deep integration with Shopify systems means you can test pretty much anything, from pricing to shipping rates, shipping thresholds, content, landing pages, and entire themes.

And the app keeps getting better. They're adding really interesting AI features, the page builder experience is significantly better than it was a year ago, and perhaps most importantly, the Intelligems team is active and helpful.

I highly recommend using this app if you're serious about CRO.

The pricing plan is a bit overpriced, it takes the team about 7 days to get the pricing to actually work before you can start. You are still charged during this time period on their most expensive plan. Shopify just rolled out their own AB testing tool for free, going to cancel and use that instead.

Ahmed was great to work with throughout a pricing a/b test project. He was responsive, patient, and very thorough in helping us investigate a complex technical issue involving our shipping A/B test.

Even though we ultimately discovered the limitation was on Shopify's side, he stayed engaged, suggested additional troubleshooting steps, and recommended an alternative solution that still achieved our business goal. Really appreciate his support and willingness to help!

So glad I found this app! Made it so easy to run my complicated free shipping + multiple gift with purchase promos. Progress bar is nice and easy to add too. Had no idea they had post purchase as well. Great for a small brand to do everything in one app. Thanks for the help!

App works well and has been easy to integrate into our workflow. We've been able to get A/B testing up and running smoothly. There have been a few bugs along the way, but nothing major and honestly, the support team has been a highlight. Responses are fast, and they've been genuinely helpful in tracking down and fixing issues rather than just pointing us to a help doc. Overall, a reliable tool backed by a team that clearly cares about the product
