We started working closely with the Interparcel team in the early days, and over roughly six months, had lots of lengthy meetings with Michael, who took the time to listen to all of our feedback and understand what we needed as an eCommerce business. Virtually every suggestion we raised was taken on board and implemented, helping shape the platform into something genuinely suited to growing eCommerce brands.
