Shipping costs are competitive, but the app has several limitations.
Amazon and eBay orders imported via Shopify Marketplace Connect are not automatically fetched and must be entered manually.

Interparcel tracking references are also not recognised by Tracking apps in Shopify, therefore shipment status always remains at "Tracking added".

Work around requiring manual updates using the carrier’s native tracking number, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

I have been using Interparcel in my shop for several years and cannot fault them. Their prices are reasonable, and the integration works flawlessly. A recent glitch was quickly resolved by Daisy and the team, setting a new standard for customer service.

Cant recommend enough! able to get access to very good freight pricing, very easy to use system and most importantly very fast customer support! Daisy has replied to my emails soo fast everytime, the online chat help is also very good. just had a very weird issue which was caused on the other side which wasnt interparcels system but they managed to find the fault and fix it for me, on top of this ive mentioned a few features which would be cool to see and they are working on these to,

The shopify app has taken our online business to another level.
I can log in anytime and find anything I need to know. I can search any of our products and find their stats within a minute.
Now that I’ve incorporated shipping into the app, I’m now also shipping with ease. Shopify integrates also with our accounting program which has again made our business so much easier to run and operate.
I’m not very tech savvy person so the one on one assistance I’ve experienced from the shopify team to help set up our shopify has been fantastic.

Integration is fantastic, especially now that Australia Post is an option. Saves an incredible amount of time. Prices at Interparcel are also quite competitive. Martin has been great at providing me with the best service. The claims team could be a bit more logical and transparent. Everything else is great.
