Intuitive Shipping has helped my company tremendously, reduces a ton of manual entry, and helps on the customer facing side as well. Brandon and the Intuitive team are extremely helpful in helping customize the platform to whatever needs you have, and are there to hold your hand in creating solutions to many different scenarios that come up, we love Intuitive!

We recently had an issue with a delivery charge, Brandon from Intuitive was fantastic, we got a quick reply to our query and a number of supportive emails with loom videos to show us how to resolve our issue. This app is amazing! Has everything you could ever need for customising and accurately calculating your live rates at checkout. This includes the ability to add dimensions to each product and variable in order to calculate these shipping weights base don volume and weight. I find a lot of other apps are too limiting for our needs and quite often we would lose money on freight because the live rates were not calculated accurately enough. We really noticed with this app we don't lose out on shipping very often as our rates quoted at checkout are pretty accurate to what we are being charged. It is a lifesaver.
As the app is so customisable, it can be a bit mind boggling to use, however, support are always happy to help you work through your requirements to find a solution or a workaround.

We have a VERY complex shipping system because some items can be packed with others, while other items have no business being anywhere near them. This app allows a us to make shipping possible without losing money because we were just "guessing" at prices. Now we can pinpoint exactly how much it all is.
This app integrates seamlessly with our ShipStation account. The biggest issue is that it doesn't really know which UPS/FedEx accounts are what, so it can be a bit of a guessing game. But the support staff is attentive to your needs and willing to help in anyway they can, short of doing everything for you. Our shipping scenarios are a delicate house a cards, but the staff know how to handle things without damaging all the work I've put into making our shipping scenarios work well.
