This app does everything I need, and does it very well! I have a store with multiple suppliers and use all of their shipping procedures, which are all different to one another. The ability to segment products from certain suppliers, and then segment further within that makes shipping to multiple postcodes and zones a breeze.
The customer support is the best I’ve seen from and Shopify App! Joel is super patient and understand of individual needs and more than happy to help. The biggest part of the store setup that Joel has helped me with is the custom rules, where, if a setting in the app doesn’t exist, and very simple in ordinary mathematical calculation can be added to a “special rule” section of your process, eg; vendor / 1 x weight x $, or something to that effect... this allows specific rules for certain products.
I can’t be more happy with a shipping app, it’s everything I want, and everything I’ll need for all my future suppliers.
If you need flexible strong customisable shipping scenarios made, this is your app. Don’t mess around stressing for the cheapest, there’s a reason this is a paid app, it works and works well!!
This app is super practical and straight forward to set up. Their team is very helpful and quick to respond. Their articles are also super helpful.

Just wanted to say Paul at Intuitive Shipping has been an amazing support for us whilst we try to get our shop online during the mad panic due to Covid-19. We launched in the space of 3 weeks and he was on hand at all times and responded very quickly every time - Thank you Paul!
If I could give 10 out of 5, I would ! Customer service is on another level ! They take the time to help you, call you to help you set up your scenarios, and take full time to explain clearly all what you need to know ! I strontly recommand using this app for shipping set up ! Good job
Great app that's helping select the correct shipping rates based on any variable. Since my shop sells various products with different dimensions, I need to be able to change the shipping rates based on what's being added to the cart (as a selection of products needs larger shipping boxes than others, which increases weight). This app does the job. The trial period was very convenient and the support has been great.
This app works really well and does exactly what I needed it to do. The customer support has been really great as well with prompt, polite and helpful responses. I did experience some issues in the beginning but they were all my errors, you really want to make sure you have all of your weights, dimensions and shipping scenarios perfect before leaving test mode, and run lots and lots of tests! My only complaint would be that when I did have a missing dimension etc, my customer would get an error that told them I do not ship to their address. I wish the error were a little different as the customers found it confusing.
We have had a fantastic experience onboarding this application into our store. After searching for an app that could effectively accommodate the shipping rules we needed to install (especially for the warmer months), we landed on Intuitive Shipping.
Their strong reviews initially roped us in to give them a try, but the support from their team (S/O to Michael & Paul) from the very start kept us hooked. It has been great. From the simple fixes to the more complex requests, they were timely and responsive and have helped ensure that this will be an app we will use for the foreseeable future.
I'd like to say we have it all sorted, but I'm sure I will be dropping into their inbox again soon

Great app so far! Shipping settings are very customizable and the support is fantastic! They helped me set up all of my shipping settings from start to finish and were very quick and knowledgeable.
