The Support that I have received by Intuitive shipping, has been outstanding. Many other apps should take note.

If you are looking for a Shipping app, that will allow you to give custom shipping rates or anything else that you could dream of for your shipping, this App is the way to go!

Powerful app that gives you a lot of ways to customize your shipping parameters. A+ customer service. One of the best apps I have used with our store to date.

With such knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and helpful customer support, we felt 100% confidence in our decision to move from Sandbox mode to a paid plan right away. The App is working extremely well so far and we look forward to seeing how we can continue to make improvements to our business with the help of Intuitive Shipping.

The help team at Intuitive Shipping, especially Michael, is incredibly patient and dedicated to getting this App working just the way you want it. And they'll walk you through all the steps so you can make updates on your own and not be reliant on them to do it for you. The functionality of the app is just what we were looking for: robust flexibility in setting rates based on product types, customer locations, membership status, etc. We couldn't find anything else that was as seamless from membership signup to shipping discount. Because of the number of ways it can be configured, there is a bit of a learning curve and necessary patience and persistence to getting it setup properly. But that's why Michael and team are there!

This is the perfect app we've been looking for to solve our shipping problems with different dimensional size of packaging boxes. Joel is really helpful that arranges a skype live support to assist us to setting up everything and making sure our set up is on the right track afterwards. I highly recommend this app.
