We've been using iPacky since 2023, and it has been highly effective in helping us maintain organization within our inventory. While the dashboard and admin interface weren’t the most user-friendly at first, the customer service and instructional videos made everything clear and easy to navigate.
There are many features we haven’t utilized yet at our small business level, so it’s great to know there’s room to grow with this app. For our setup, we use an Android-based device with a scanner and rely on iPacky for every order we pick. This has significantly reduced order errors and made it easier for new employees to locate our diverse range of products, thanks to product location feature.
