We've been using iPacky since 2023, and it has been highly effective in helping us maintain organization within our inventory. While the dashboard and admin interface weren’t the most user-friendly at first, the customer service and instructional videos made everything clear and easy to navigate.

Easy to set up and use. This helped us reduce errors with our order packing.
I went in and replaced the stock error sound with a clip of flatulence I found, and that has really improved morale among the team; would recommend.

The app works as it should and I haven't had any issues with its functionality. My only thought is the UI is a little hard to look at, and if they designed it in a way that was similar to the already familiar Shopify UI, it would be perfect.
