iPacky | Pick, Pack & Fulfill

We have been using iPacky for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. It has allowed us to move all our fulfillment to a third party distribution center. The warehouse employees find it very intuitive and easy to use, and mistakes are rare. The developer is also extremely responsive to support requests and/or feedback - for example, he helped us configure both virtual SKUs and barcoding aliases to fit our use case.

iPacky by Pick and Pack is an outstanding app! It truly simplifies packaging and shipping management. The interface is user-friendly, the features are comprehensive, and customer support is responsive. Thanks to iPacky, our company has gained efficiency and accuracy. This app has been tremendously helpful in assisting with our E-commerce grocery operations! The developers are very responsive and involved in providing solutions and fixes to accommodate a lot of our operation's unique needs.

The Virtual product feature has help us with managing and picking a lot of the unique grocery bundles we sell on our store.

The built in reports have also been super useful in monitoring and managing our outbound KPIs!

The interface is very intuitive so it's been extremely easy to train new staff on order picking.

We are having such an amazing experience using this app. Not only that this app supports our order fulfilment process and reducing errors significantly, but also, the support has been amazing! They have been responding promptly solving our questions and concerns which helped us taking the fulfillment process to a step further. This app is immensely helpful in both pulling orders by bin location in our warehouse and in verifying orders as we pack and ship. They provide lots of documentation and are very responsive to questions I have emailed them. This is money well spent for us in the savings we have in preventing errors in shipments (through the app we can barcode scan items for verification) and in the time savings in pulling orders by a bin location.

I was asked if i could write a review however iPacky and the developers do deserve the 5* review!! I was a little hesitant at spending the money on this app at first but we needed the ability to scan and check orders as they were packed, and now i wouldn't be without iPacky in our workflow. There's been a couple of features i have asked for and quickly they have been added!! There are many other features within iPacky, such as pick lists, which currently we don't use but i am looking at implementing them into our work flow and i'm sure they will only be an improvement to our workflow!

iPacky has made our warehouse so much more organized and has made pulling and packing orders efficient! The metafield bin locations and barcode scanning has made pulling orders much easier with less chance of human error. David did an onboarding call with us to help set everything up and gave us tons of great tips for how to use iPacky. The support is always very responsive and helpful with answering any questions we have. Highly recommend!

Beautifully intuitive app with a lot of great features that fit a modern minded and well run warehouse. If you're thinking about and wanting to get serious about organization, eliminating waste, and creating a happy employee and customer experience, iPacky is THE app to use. I've looked around and this one addressed my needs perfectly. The developer has thought about the best practices for running an efficient operation and they are constantly improving the app to fit the needs of a Shopify + fulfillment store. The installation and setup is incredibly easy and documentation is very detailed. We were able to train staff quite fast. It's comparable to an Apple product - it just works once you turn it on. If you experience trouble or have questions about the product, the developer is quite responsive and friendly. I rarely post reviews for a paid app, but my experience with the product and service was quite amazing. I whole heartedly support this app and vouch for it's useful features. Thanks iPacky!
