We received a high quality product. The service was all right. It was produced and shipped within two weeks (which is fast, in my opinion).
The design interface could be more user friendly, to clearly separate the right left and outside from the inside (especially for boots). But the current one is good to work with too.
Unbeatable selection. On the pulse with respect to user-interface design & experience, print design tools, & overall navigation & product offerings. Exceptional application.

Absolutely the best app in the entire App Store for product customization. Additionally, their watches are high quality. Also, if you are a fan of customer service, you will be happy to know that these guys are not only quick to chat and answer your questions, but they will go above and beyond to rectify any negative situation that may arise. We use this app for designing watches for our Affiliates. It is a breeze to use and the products are beautiful and very high quality.
I just received my sample watch from JetPrint and I am beyond pleased. The quality of the print and watch is great! I had another watch POD supplier but their sample cannot compare with JetPrint. The customer service is also superb. They are very receptive to providing additional services that don't yet exist and are very responsive to my questions. The only drawback is that shipping does take a bit of time since products are coming from China but the quality makes up for it.
