It's not "if things will go wrong, it's when". In those times, support is the most important thing and JetPrint has support that keeps you warm and fuzzy inside.
Great easy app to design with. Lot's of different watch options. Everything looks great an I can't wait to get my sample order.
So far this app has been the easiest to use and the selection of products is AWESOME. I love designing watch faces and the the new clogs for my store.

Also, if you are a fan of customer service, you will be happy to know that these guys are not only quick to chat and answer your questions, but they will go above and beyond to rectify any negative situation that may arise. Prompt replays. Just a suggestion, it would be nice to be able to edit products after its been submitted to the online store. A bit frustrating to redo all designs, otherwise great app.
