Unfortunately had some currency conversion issues within the app, the customer support was great and extremely helpful throughout it though, even though I have changed app to make sure there are no more currency issues and to keep things simple for me. I would definitely recommend to for people who want to have access to great and helpful customer support. They did their best to fix the problem in a timely manner.
Bill was very polite and tried his best to address my concerns.
The app is a bit underdeveloped and needs some extra features and some tinkering but the team makes it easier and less frustrating to navigate through it. Still it is very good and i still use it.

So far I have very few complaints about this app, especially compared to the Shopify Subscriptions app. Currently there are a couple key features that I need for the service I use subscription apps for, mainly the ability for customers to choose their first billing date, and then the ability for customers to reschedule ALL future orders, and not just the next order for a subscription. The support team has told me they will be implementing those features sometime in the future, with a pretty quick response time to boot. Once these features are implemented, my 4 star will be changed to a 5 star.
I had another issue as well that was caused by a weird interaction with another app, I reported it and they pretty quickly fixed that issue as well.
They are very responsive. I was assisted by Charles and Hana today and both were helpful. Nice to get a response and not have to wait for an email. :)
So far no problems on setting it up, friendly and quick customer support. will see how it handles a subscription order once i get one.
