I love Junip! I tried many other apps until I found this one. It works great for me and I love the direct links to create QR code for my vendor events. Great customer service...fast response time!
Ease of use is great, love that. Very simple, however, and you can't customize the emails to include links or offer non-product incentives (like free downloads) to users. There are ways to bypass this, such as going through Shopify Flow, but it's not intuitive or straightforward.
I wish there were more features or customizations available, but these don't seem to be available, even on higher paid plans.
We've absolutely loved working with Junip so far! The demo process was super smooth—every question we had was answered clearly, and they helped us find the perfect plan for our needs. Onboarding was a total breeze, and Malvina has been an absolute joy to work with. She made everything simple and easy to follow, and she's been checking in regularly to make sure we're all set and supported.

Always been my preferred review app. Doesn't have the issues that most other apps have. Very very easy to customize and has the nicest UI I've seen for both admin and storefront. Great support as well!!!!
very simple to set up, transparent pricing structure, and all of the features we had with our legacy enterprise reviews app before migrating over. Speaking of, migration is a breeze
As a new store owner, my experience was that Junip had great customer service. The agent answered my questions and solved the problem in a matter of minutes.
We've been looking for a free robust review integration that was simple to use. After trying many others, Junip is by far the best for small businesses with limited budgets. We've already started to see more customer engagement since setting up so we are very pleased and hope to be able to become big enough to require a paid account.
Easy to use and much cheaper than some of the other review apps! Not to mention the customer service is great
