This was a first time purchase from Mack Weldon; I bought briefs; however, based on the size chart they were too large; I decided to return for a full refund; the quality was great - the comfort was just not there for me. The return process could not have been easier or more customer friendly; it was such an easy return; I returned all the pairs except the one I had tried on, which they said to keep, and I received a full refund in a few days; no hassle, no aggravation; they did exactly what they said they would - full refund guarantee if not satisfied. Great experience!!!
I've never left a review for an app before but honestly, this one deserves it. We have used Junip for going on 4 years now and they have been nothing but great. It's easy to use, easy for our customers to use, and looks great on the website. Its 100% worth the money. It gets a little pricey when you start getting a lot of monthly orders but honestly, its worth it, our customers love it. If you are wondering if you should get this app to host your reviews, you should.

works great, makes life easy
Can't fault this app. Reviews are really important for our brand, and Junip makes it very easy to gather them. It's a very mobile first format - which makes it super simple for our customers, and has definitely increased our review rate. Really happy with it, and most importantly it's a fantastic platform for our customers to showcase their thoughts and feelings. 5 stars all round!

Fantastic product & support. Simple, easy-to-use, great interface and has most of the features you'd want in a review app. Doesn't have the noise/clutter that other similar apps have. Good bang for your buck and highly recommended!
Easy to use and reasonably priced. Strikes the right balance of being simple enough yet having all the necessary features. Great support from Leah when we had an importing issue.

Super easy to set up and get going with Junip. The installation was quick, and getting the reviews to show up on my theme was a piece of cake.
It was surprisingly easy to bring over my reviews from my old platform. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but nope – the whole import process was smooth, and all my reviews transferred without any issues.
If you’re looking for a review app that’s straightforward and just works, Junip is where it’s at. Definitely recommend giving it a go!
