Katana Cloud Inventory

Katana has been an effective integration for streamlining our business processes from purchase orders to manufacturing and inventory. The support team provides prompt responses and work to integrate requests as best as possible.

I had been working for a short period with the app, but it has been great !! I have 750 different products with 3 finishings and different materials and it is very helpful to have all this information at hand and control product process, orders, materials purchases. What is amazing is to be able to have all my material and labour calculated per every order.
When I was exploring the app they took all the time to walked me through the app and make it applicable to my business, it was very good to see them trying to understand my business and provide some input.
Regarding support always answering in a very short time.
In general, for anyone who is a manufacturer, this is an app is going to help a lot controlling the process, I highly recommend this app. It is worthy to explore it if you have doubts.

Katana is the best ever. It makes everything so much easier. As an engineer that has worked for several companies using different ERP/MRP systems, this completely solves all problems with an incredibly easy to learn UI. It's so good that I am able to work alone, without needing to hire purchasing and project managers, and manage significantly more than I ever though possible.

We looked at a number of ERP solutions before selecting Katana. As a small business, it is cost effective while helping us to manage our inventory and production. It's been easy to implement, which are definite pluses!

Katana was perfect for our small high end engineering company, using over 800 components to virtually build items ahead of time allows me to to view my projected stock and manufacturing process like I never thought possible. Great support and quick ui system.

As my business grew beyond the ability to manage my inventory and purchasing/manufacturing steps in an excel spreadsheet, I decided to give Katana a try and am glad I did. It integrates well with my Shopify store to keep track of inventory, plus the product recipe management and automated purchase order creation is a big time saver when it comes to ordering parts from my suppliers. It would be nice if there was a little more formatting/customization functionality which I know they are working on but overall I have been very pleased with this app and the value that I get out of it.

So far so good! I have run through up-tile MRP solutions, initially installing katana, and eventually came back to it. Its simplicity allow me to train others in to use it, and it functions well for stock management. I have a pretty extensive build procedure and it is able to track all my pieces and parts. You can bundle pieces together as well, then build a unit from multiple bundled parts.

I started using Katana because it was simple. There were a few features I wanted that were missing initially, but they came out with them right before I was going to recommend them. Right now Katana has everything our small manufacturing company needs. It integrates nicely with Shopify and Quickbooks. Great, simple features. I'd recommend it to anyone who has struggled with inventory in Quickbooks. This is the solution.

We run a factory in San Diego for apparel and Katana has been helpful in getting our departments organized while being a shopify store. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to level up their production.
