Katana Cloud Inventory

I started using Katana because it was simple. There were a few features I wanted that were missing initially, but they came out with them right before I was going to recommend them. Right now Katana has everything our small manufacturing company needs. It integrates nicely with Shopify and Quickbooks. Great, simple features. I'd recommend it to anyone who has struggled with inventory in Quickbooks. This is the solution.

We had been shopping for an ERP system that was appropriate for our manufacturing business, but many of the systems were expensive and had more features than we needed. Katana provided us with a more affordable option that also helped guide development of our inventory system and helped us determine the profitability of our products. They also provided helpful onboarding assistance.

Very happy with Katana for work order and inventory management. App is easy to use as well as fast and snappy to work with.

Just need serial numbers to be included for Katana to be the whole package.

Katana has been very helpful with getting our inventory straightened out. The shop floor app could use a little more functionality in my opinion, but they are always rolling out new features so I am hopeful. The customer support-specifically from Christina De Giovanni has been extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Katana!

We've been using Katana for a couple months now after switching from another MRP solution, and we're extremely happy with the transition. The user interface and work flow is intuitive and required essentially zero time to learn. Tracking batches/lots is efficient and has reduced labor substantially. There have been a few minor kinks where we've needed to develop a workaround, but the customer support is phenomenal -- very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

We were using the classic Excel sheet method to try and keep track of skews of our products before Katana. This is some the best MRP software out there. It has made having commonized products (with shared parts) so easy to track. Forget about QuickBooks inventory management or trying to do this in Excel. This is smart software and someone was thinking when they built it.

One suggestion would be some sort of mobile application for quick references of what's in inventory. Doesn't need to have the full function of the desktop environment.

Amazing customers service. Very helpful with all the weird requests we come up with. Integrates very well with our Shopify stores. Missing a couple of features we are in need of, but overall it is saving us a lot of time.

Katana has been useful right out of the gate with their Shopify integration. It pulled in our products automatically and made it easy to create work orders from the sales we're getting.

We're not fully utilizing the inventory management, but it helps with the major parts of our manufacturing process. We've seen regular updates from the developer, so we're hopeful they will support and develop this product for a long time.

Katana has saved my business! The level of detail and ease of entering and tracking raw materials has allowed us to saved money and strategically plan for sales and make purchase orders when necessary.
