Kiváló alkalmazás és fantasztikus ügyfélszolgálat!
A kosR-t csak ajánlani tudom minden Shopify-bolt tulajdonosnak. Az alkalmazás önmagában is remekül működik, de ami igazán kiemeli őket, az a csapat proaktív hozzáállása. Nemcsak a felmerülő kérdéseimben segítettek, hanem egy komplett auditot végeztek a webshopomon, és kijavították azokat a beállítási hiányosságokat is, amiket eddig nem vettem észre.
A kommunikációjuk gyors, precíz és nagyon segítőkész volt. Külön köszönöm Zoltánnak és Viktornak a türelmes és szakértő támogatást! Ha megbízható alkalmazást és valóban támogató partnert kerestek, a kosR a legjobb választás. 5 csillag!
Az app nagyon hasznos, lehetővé teszi a csomagpontos és csomagautomatás szállítási módokat is, térképes kereséssel együtt. Emellett a Shopify által nem biztosított utánvétes fizetési mód is megoldható. Beállításait tekintve számomra nem volt minden egyértelmű, viszont a fejlesztők szinte azonnal segítenek bármilyen akadályba ütközöl! Gyors és szakmailag erős támogatást kaptam!

Very useful app for Hungarian Shopify stores. It handles pickup points, shipping methods, cash on delivery and invoicing in a simple and reliable way.
