Webshop tulajdonosként számunkra nagyon hasznos megoldás a KOSR app. Könnyen kezelhető, átlátható, és a mindennapi működésben valóban segítséget nyújt.
A beállítás egyszerű volt, az app stabilan működik, és sok időt spórol meg nekünk az adminisztrációban. Külön pozitívum, hogy nem bonyolítja túl a folyamatokat, mégis pontosan azt adja, amire egy webshopnak szüksége van.
Mi elégedetten használjuk, és jó szívvel ajánljuk más webshop tulajdonosoknak is.

Rendkívül örülünk, hogy a kosR app valódi segítséget nyújt a mindennapi működésben, és hogy az egyszerű beállítás mellett rengeteg adminisztrációs időt sikerül spórolnotok vele. Mindig az a célunk, hogy a funkciók túlbonyolítás nélkül, stabilan pontosan azt adják, amire egy webshopnak ténylegesen szüksége van a hatékonysághoz.

Annak ellenére, hogy nagyon jó visszajelzéseket kapott az app, számomra csalódás. Sokadik próbálkozásra sem sikerült beállítanom se a Foxpostot se a Billingot rendesen. Vannak részei amik működnek, de a számlakép, vagy a címkenyomtatás, csak hibákat dobált, pedig folymaatosan elhárítottam a hibákat (pl. hiányzó billingo API előfizetés után már más hibát dobott, de még mindig nem működött rendesen)
A supportra még várok, talán jelentkeznek a héten, de haladnom kell, így lemondom az előfizetést (amit valójában nem is tudtam használni) és megpróbálok egy másik megoldást.
😞Kedves Shop tulajdonos! Köszönjük a visszajelzést, és sajnáljuk, hogy csalódás ért. Visszanéztük a support rendszerünket, és sajnos nem találtuk nyomát a megkeresésednek és az INGYENES online tanácsadásra sem foglaltál időpontot - így a problémád nem jutott el hozzánk, és emiatt nem tudtunk reagálni. E-mailben, telefonon vagy bármilyen más csatornán elérsz minket garantáltan. A felsorolt problémákat jellemzően percek alatt el tudtuk volna neked hárítani, hogyha felkeresel minket mivel ezek beállítási kérdések (például hogy mely és hány átvételi pont jelenjen meg a checkoutban), nem pedig az app hibái. A Foxpost- és Billingo-kapcsolat ugyanígy megbízhatóan működik annak a több mint 100 ügyfelünknek, akik már sikeresen beüzemelték - a segítségünkkel vagy a segítségünk nélkül - az appot. Hogyha kerestél volna minket neked is pontosan ugyanígy segítettünk volna. Az ajtó továbbra is nyitva áll, bármikor elérsz minket az info@kosr.hu címen. Ui 1.: Kollégánk az értékelésed leadása után személyesen is megpróbált elérni de sajnos sikertelenül. Segíteni csak annak tudunk aki hagyja. Ui 2.: Az app uninstalálásánál megadott üzenetedről az app tulajdonosa NEM KAP üzenetet és értesítést, amennyiben oda írtál bármit azzal nem szembesülünk azonnal.
