I've been struggling since day 1, the support is a ghost, which doesn't care even if the customer is willing to pay for the automation services. There is a lot of data discrepancy which these people do not provide any solution, rather give vague replies and most of the times do not even care to reply. I'm trying to find a better alternate and as soon as I get, I'll knock them off my store.
I have wasted my 10 days on this app. seriously there onboarding team is ridiculous. I have install the app and faced some issue in KYC process. For that I have raised a ticket. And shared my all the detailS. And it's bean 10 days and i have kept on receiving message that "our onboarding team will connect you shortly". And yet they have not connected me. And simply they are westing my 30 days free trial. And yesterday again i have received message saying "provide me your details again". so this how they wast our 30 days free trail... And for (Kwik cod reference ) this is my ticket id #198710...
Worst customer support I’ve experienced. Multiple attempts to reach out went unanswered. Feels like there’s no support once you install the app. Not recommended.
