GoKwik has made accepting Cash on Delivery orders smooth and risk-free for my store. The integration with Shopify was effortless, and the OTP verification helped minimize fake COD orders and RTOs. Support is responsive and the dashboard is very user-friendly. Highly recommend if you want to improve COD success rate, speed up checkout, and reduce manual work managing orders. One of the best checkout solution in india
I installed Kwik COD & Checkout app but never received a single order through it. I even uninstalled it, yet I was still charged ₹859.48 on 8 May 2025. I also sent them an email, but received no reply from their team.
This is highly unprofessional and unfair. Be cautious before installing this app.
I had an issue with Kwikpass, and the support team was absolutely amazing in resolving it quickly and efficiently. Their response was super fast, and they guided me through everything step by step until the problem was fully solved. I’m really happy with the service, and the level of support made me feel valued as a customer. Now everything works perfectly, and I’m fully satisfied with Kwikpass. Highly recommended!
The company KYC was stuck for months but Sunil Kumar was super helpful in getting the KYC done over whatsapp.
There are issues with respect to the implementation of app, constantly chasing the team to but no one is reverting. This is not acceptable
