WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER SEEN. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but did not receive any response. It feels like once you install the app, customer support becomes nonexistent. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL.

GoKwik has made accepting Cash on Delivery orders smooth and risk-free for my store. The integration with Shopify was effortless, and the OTP verification helped minimize fake COD orders and RTOs.
