Drivers do not take bookings without the "tips". And even with tips, they go ahead and take other bookings that delay the delivery time.
Why dont Lalamove just incorporate the "tip" in the pricing and remove the tipping during the booking phase, and give a tipping option after the service has been rendered?
Still my preferred apps to use for delivery, instant and able to cater to my request. Great explanation from Christie & Jack from lalamove too!
Should have been available on basic plan. Thinking of removing shopify altogether because it doesn't have lalamove

Your iders are hopeless. please include another before pick up and after pick signature to avoid missing items during deliveries.
