Guys, I cannot emphasize this enough. This app is off the charts and their customer service is the best out there. I never had a problem with the installation and reaching out to customer support. Translate & Currency Langshop is simply just the best multilingual store in the market. If anyone is looking for any translation and currency app, this is the one for you.

1 day in and I love this app. So many ways to tweak each translation within the app to get things perfect inside the app and the custom support is second to none. 5 stars from me. Def recommend!

I have tested the app , did not fit my needs but when an issue was created upon uninstallation i received great support from the team there and completely solved my issue.
Simply works.... and also the best help center that i found... Perfect PErfect. The automatic translations do the work very well...

Really nice app, well structured, good UX, convenient and understandable to use. Last but not least - exceptional support. Really good, polite guys with big willing to resolve your issues.
Nonetheless, I didn't find integration with one very specific app. But support is already working on it.

We are very sorry that this is not the update that you expect, but we were very angry about something that happened to us. We ALREADY had this application installed under the STANDARD plan and with the Flow Translation option AVAILABLE. Well, months later, we decided to install this application in another shop to make a migration and now, in the new shop, we NO LONGER HAVE THE FLOW TRANSLATION option AVAILABLE. They force us to upgrade our account. Ridiculous! We have explained to technical support not once but TWICE that we ALREADY HAD that option enabled in our previous account under the STANDARD plan and that, due to the migration, when installing the app again it no longer appears, being under the same STANDARD plan. Sure, they have offered us a 20% discount but... What's the point if that makes them withdraw the functions? We had been with the app for MONTHS in the other shop and, surely, their policies changed and they decided to start charging for something they did NOT charge for before. And I accept that. But what is not acceptable is that a customer who ALREADY HAD THE APP INSTALLED previously with certain conditions, loses all rights because they simply had to migrate the shop. Of course, that is not an intelligent way of building customer loyalty. Good luck!

That's strange, I did not touch the app for months and now, each time I try to open it, I get the message : "oops, something went wrong". That's unfortunate, this app does a good job but now I can't add any new translations. Can you solve it? 6th October - Thanks to their quick reply, I managed to regain access to the app by allowing all cookies, a big thanks to the team. Quick question though : if I need all cookies to run on my browser to access the app, does our customers have to allow all cookies on their browser as well to access the translations?
I would like to apologize for the issue that you have faced. I have created an internal ticket to your shop in order to discuss the reported case.
Our developers have investigated the issue that occurred and figured out that it's related to the browser cookie, not our app.
That's why tho fix the issue, please allow all cookies in your browser settings, so the app can work again.

Regarding your question, no, your customers are not affected by this requirement.
Also, I'd like to let you know that currently, we are working on the app improvement that will isolate the cookie issue.
