Launchpad

Really good experience using the app on our store. Only thing I would like to see is a clearer User Interface when scheduling a time when events start and end. Its just a couple of times when an intern has scheduled 12:01PM incorrectly, thinking it was 12:01AM. Maybe a black-out or fade over feature when the scheduling during the night would help this for other users.

This app is useless unless you can run multiple events during the same time. I need to schedule different line item scripts. I am not allowed to use TIME or DATE in ruby, so they gave me this app, and it doesn't solve the issue. Shopify Plus is flawed.

The idea of this app is great but the fact that you it makes you change the price for every.single.variant. is unbelievable. I know you can do discounts by collections but we have a lot of different items with different prices and we want the discounted prices to be rounded numbers. So I spent a long time entering all of the prices for BFCM this year, it takes so long its almost not worth using the app. Who does different prices across different sizes or colors? No one. Please simply add the option to change the price for the entire item like everywhere else.

If I could give less than one star I would. We used this to help automate a couple of sales, the first time it worked great so the second we set everything up and came back to it later only to find that it had gotten all of the pricing totally wrong (selling products at a loss), not due to any human error but in fact confirmed it was 100% a system error with Launchpad. This forced us to go through all of our orders for our 24 hour sale and refund customers and apologise as we couldnt fulfil their orders - costing us approximately £5,000. We have shopify plus to get added bonuses and this is what is given? Ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

our only regret with Launchpad is not using it earlier. it is now an absolute must for us in every Promo or holiday sale event. it has more uses but for us knowing that everything will work flawlessly during a big sale make it an absolute must.

This does have some great features. However, it would be nice if we could run more than one sale at a time. Or even schedule more than one product launch at a time for the month. The launchpad will not enable me to do more than one thing...very limiting. Any upgrades coming soon? Pretty please?

Launchpad is an amazing tool (especially to use around Black Friday/Cyber Monday). We most commonly use Launchpad to schedule theme changes, launch new products and offer product discounts without having a discount code. It's also great to go back and see what sales you have ran in the past or when you launched products.

This app is a must have when you're running large scales and product releases. Can't do BFCM without it!

Launchpad is a good tool but I feel it lacks a few features. You can only have one launchpad live at a time. Also, you can't password protect a launchpad promotion which would be useful.
