Bester Service ever!
Ich hab mich am Anfang erstmal allein versucht, weil Lexoffice sich ganz gut intuitiv bedienen lässt. Weil ich aber zu eilig bei den Grundeinstellungen am Anfang ein paar Fehler gemacht habe, waren alle Rechnungen falsch. Der Support, in meinem Fall der Johannes, hat sich vorab per Mail viel Mühe gegeben, mich zu unterstützen und am Ende sogar über eine Stunde im Videocall die Zeit genommen, um alle Einstellungen mit mir gemeinsam anzupassen. Der Import hat super geklappt. Danke für den tollen Support.

Sofern man international an B2B Kunden verkauft ist die App leider unbrauchbar, da alle Rechnungen manuell geschrieben werden müssen. Die App überschreibt auch Kundendaten in Lexoffice und verursacht nicht nur Kundenunzufriedenheit, sondern auch Mehrarbeit für uns. Seit Anfang des Jahres keine Lösung in Sicht und auch wenn der Support bemüht ist, dauert es manchmal Tage, bis eine Reaktion erfolgt. Sofern nur in Deutschland verkauft wird, kann man die App nutzen. Sehr schade und ärgerlich...
Nachtrag: Der Support hat einige Probleme behoben. Dennoch ist die App in Verbindung mit Lexoffice sehr fehleranfällig. Das Motto "Spare Zeit und Geld mit der automatisierten lexoffice Buchhaltung" ist leider nicht gegeben. Es tut mir Leid, nur 3 Sterne zu vergeben, da Support bemüht ist, aber das Resultat ist weiterhin nicht befriedigend.

Schade, dass du uns nur einen Stern gegeben hast für einen Umstand der nicht in unserer Verantwortung liegt.

Wie wir dir bereits im Support erläutert haben, ist dieses Problem mit den steuerfreien B2B Bestellungen auf einen Bug von Shopify zurück zuführen. Shopify fügt trotz einer steuerfreien Bestellungen im Hintergrund einen Steuersatz an den Auftrag. Dieser Steuersatz sorgt, dann bei lexoffice für fehlerhafte Belege oder es wird keine Rechnung erstellt.

Wir haben uns sehr bemüht für den Fehler von Shopify eine Lösung für unsere User zu finden, sodass dennoch wieder korrekte Belege erstellt werden können, aber da dies einen größeren Umfang hatte, hat es etwas länger gedauert eine passende Lösung zu finden.

Nun haben wir ein Update unserer App gemacht, sodass solche Bestellungen wieder einen korrekten Beleg erhalten.

Schade, dass du auf unsere letzte Nachricht im Support nicht reagiert hast.
Gerne würden wir nun gemeinsam mit dir die fehlenden Belege durch unsere App erstellen lassen.
