I have been calculating LTV manually for years, but this app is awesome. The app is SO well thought-out. In addition, Karri responds so quickly to any questions. If LTV, cohort, repurchase, and related metrics will help your business, get this app now. 1000% worth it.
I wish I would have found this app earlier! I spent hours on Reports and exported Excel files trying to find out LTV/repurchase rates.. This app is quicker, it's easy to use and has all the information you'd need easily visible. I can't recommend it enough.
PS - Do the onboarding call with Karri - I didn't think I'd need it, but he was very helpful!

Really cool app to determine the Lifetime Value (LTV) of your customer! I've been wanting to know it for a while and now I do!
The app is very easy to navigate, straight forward, and the help menu does a great job.
When you sign up, you get a free walk through by the owner, Karri. In addition to explaining the software well, he gave us some great marketing tips too! Thanks Karri!

Brilliant Insights into your data. The team is very quick to answer your questions. The LTV report with the filters help you understand your customers much better and helps you make data-driven marketing decisions.

thanks for the feedback here. Current customers had no changes in price so your subscription cost was the same.
We can appreciate the $15/month increase if you were to upgrade to a new plan but it would include all features. The previous entry level plan you had selected only include Profit & Loss where as all new plans include all features.

sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectation. Lifetimely reads data directly from Shopify’s API and doesn’t interact with your storefont/website. Also, per Shopify’s App Store guidelines, Lifetimely stops interacting with your Shopify store when you install.
We’d be happy to assist with any problems you think were generated by installing the app but according to our internal records, this issue wasn’t raised by any customer until this review.

Absolutely brilliant analytics tool!!
Love these features in particular:
1. Cohort analysis - live cohort analysis!, which can otherwise take hours and hours to put together
2. Daily P&L (and by product too) - super useful tool and is helpful for quick decision making
3. Customer Behavior Data - Helps to understand what products generate more repeat and how often customers are ordering. Gives great insight into customer purchase patterns.
Highly recommend to any and all D2C brands.

Lifetimely is definitely the go to app when you want to have clarity on your business. With the increasing cost of acquiring customers it is very important to understand the Lifetime value of customers. Their new dashboard is also a great way to see in few seconds your business health. Love it!
Amazing app, we are using it in all our shops. Love the cohort's view options and statement reporting.
Pretty poor app overall. Expensive and slow. Buggy. Triple Whale is a lot better so we moved to them. Lifetimely team are also unresponsive.

- Based on our internal analytics Plushy never reached out to Lifetimely support or tried the app’s functionalities
- The only app events we can see are install and uninstall without testing the PRO plan’s free trial

Must have an app for each ECOM business owner. Nice dashboard with need-it KPI-s. Amazing LTV reporting. We are using it in 10 shops. I would definitely recommend it.

The absolute best and most comprehensive app for profit calculation. We have just found out about the new LTV features and it really blew our mind that something so extensive exists in the Shopify App Store. We were about to create custom dashboards in Google Analytics but turns out that Lifetimely goes very deep into the data, they've done a great job. They couldn't figure out how to get FB Ads to report correctly. They were converting it into a AUD currency. Bummer because they are the only app that can do tik tok ads. (UPDATE) - They've reached out and fixed the problem which means im happy to fix the review. Speaks to their service for sure.

We can switch your ad account currency conversion to USD (we don’t unfortunately automatically switch ad account currencies when you switch your Shopify store currency). This app packs some serious data crunching abilities. Very visual interface to understand your clients purchasing behaviour. A total must if you are trying to optimise your CAC and ROI. A+

This app is exactly what I was looking for - I looked for many other apps on Shopify this is the one that offered a cary clean dashboard and easy integration with my ad accounts. Their support is very responsive and the app is super easy to use. I am happy not to be using my google spreadhseets anymore - as this app automatically does it all for me.

The App is exactly what I need to understand our customers, marketing, and business model better. The insights it provides pays for itself many times over. I feel without this app, i would be running a business in the dark.
