This app is amazing. As a startup, it has been hard to get quantifiable data in order to make better decisions. Lifetimely provides us accurate LTV and profit metrics that are easy to understand and even easier to act on.
Their customer support is A+. One of the founders took the time to go over the platform with us for about an hour and give us all the inside information on how everything works.

Great tool but calculates LTV wrong. I love all the different ways and plug ins but currently it doesn't let you calculate LTV on a cohort basis on a Contribution Margin 2 point of view, this is how most investors look at it so you will burn your hand presenting any of the Sales or Gross Margin LTV tables. Basically the Gross Margin LTV table does it on Total Sales not Net Sales so it includes Tax/Vat which makes no sense. They do have a Net sales table which we had to use to work it out ourselves on a CM2 level. Kinda strange they would have this wrong. Rest pretty good and customer service fast / helpful (and agreed with us on the above point).
Hey, seems that there's a misunderstanding here. The gross margin metric on Lifetimely's LTV report is after taxes and has always been since 2019 when we launched the app. As you stated, it's useless if it's not based on net sales.

This app provides great insight into the customer journey that you can then apply to your sales and marketing efforts. Two separate people recommended the app to me and I can see now why they did! Karri is also very helpful in giving you an initial walk through of the app and its data. Super excited to have found this app!
For a long time I was keeping my cost in an excel template and it was a tedious job and it was difficult for me to have everything in order. With this app I am seeing everything in order and I can make better decisions, I would have liked to know her much earlier! The customer service is very good and they answer all your questions, 100% recommended.

Everything you need for true profit insight and customer lifetime value. Don't be sold on more expensive BI or analytical tools (we made that mistake) - skip the noise and go straight to Lifetimely!
