We have been using LC for our Whatsapp requirements since a while now and we have seen them grow and utilise our feedback for improving their product consistently.

Having said that the one thing that set's them apart for us is the hand holding and proactive attitude that our PoC Sridhar has for us. He is available at our beck and call 24/7 and is just as invested in our growth journey as us. He has also taken the initiative for certain interventions for us infact.

All in all the account management has been seamless.

The limechat app is good, smooth, team is helpful. It is an all in one solution for customer support
The initial bot support encourages customer interaction until the agents get connected. Promotional side is good only if one actively engages in it(Broadcast,abandoned cart recovery or customer retention), it can bring in adequate ROI.
The accounts team is slow with replies and payment update.
Our trainer Ananya has shown more responsibility and solved issues when concerned teams are not responding

We've been using the application for a month now and here's what we have to say!

1. The application installation was seamless, it took us more than usual to migrate but the team helped us throughout the process
2. Enable us to target and retarget our audiences via automation and triggers
3. The inclusion of chatbots has simplified the user experience and interaction
4. The "Quick Shop" feature leading directly to checkout has been valuable

The onboarding Tat can take longer depending on the transition or specific use cases. The team has been incredibly cooperative and patient especially Veena our Consultant and Arya- Our onboarding manager throughout the journey. They are absolutely responsive and proactive, Thank you for all the support, we really appreciated it!
