The app works great! The team did a great job helping us customize the website. The insights are also very useful to help map out exactly what's going on and how people are using the website. Would recommend giving it a go - (there's an uninstall option built in if it's not for you, so don't worry).

I have been using this for a few months now and overall its a great app. Highly configurable and the support is good when something doesn't quite work as expected.
I couldn't tell you how great of an app this is, and the customer service is beyond belief. They offered great help, and if you read others' reviews you'll see we're all on the same page. Very simple to use, and for those who like customization, well this app offers it! Highly recommended.
