LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

I've been using Lit Commerce for a while now. Before Lit Commerce I had tried them all! None of them worked well and the costs just kept escalating.
I use Lit Commerce to sync my Shopify store and my Etsy store - I sell one of a kind items and I have a lot of inventory.
The Lit commerce software allows me to never worry about oversells and it syncs my inventory and orders perfectly.
The software does so much more than just that though.

Aside of the software - the customer service team!!! OUTSTANDING - there is no waiting - most things are resolved straight away. They are kind, polite and very professional.

Amazing Customer service. It is a learn curve especially with Amazon but once you understand the app it becomes quite easy. I had a bunch of questions with Agent Cody with LitCommerce. I really appreciate him having patience and understanding and explained everything quite well, I can only hope in the future if I have an other issues to get an Agent as kind and dedicated as Cody. Thank you for all your help. Also Litcommerce videos on youtube also helps out a lot I high recommend watching them.

Great app after searching through so many that claim to do so much. Litcommerce works and does what they say. It took some time to figure out how it worked and I needed tons of help to get started but their chat support is superb and very response. They were able to customize how my platforms were mapped and provided great support all along the way. Would highly recommend.

We have encountered issues with other platforms that LitCommerce supports. One of those platforms has been critical for the growth of our business, but it has taken 3+ years to resolve. We decided to address the issue with LitCommerce to see if they could help. In spite of the policies LitCommerce has in place, the CSA went above and beyond to find a solution and worked with her management team to make it happen. She was efficient, clearly understood the issue and communicated throughout the entire process. The issue was resolved and we can now GrOW our business! Alyana was exceptional!

LitCommerce is a great tool for making your business more efficient and saving you time to work on more important tasks. Their team is great at dealing with mapping issues. We've been using their product for a while with great success.

I've been using LitCommerce with 2 eBay accounts, 1 Etsy account and 1 Shopify store for around a year now. Support has always been very good and available when I needed it.

Listing items to multiple sales channels used to be an absolute pain - now I list once in Shopify and then LitCommerce syncs them to my other accounts. The features I particularly like are the ability to create a recipe of settings for individual sales channels. An example of this is a recipe of settings such as refund policy and shipping policy for eBay that is only applied to that channel. I have another recipe for another ebay channel that offers free postage - when I list with that recipe LitCommerce automatically reduces the postage to zero but increases the sale price of the item as configured by me.

All sales across all channels are synced in to my Shopify account which allows me to manage inventory and see what the best selling items are etc. Where available, email addresses are also imported to Shopify - handy for news letters etc.

I do find LitCommerce saves me a lot of time. My review skims over a lot of features but they offer a free trial so you can see if it fits your needs.

Excellent app that makes life a lot easier by bulk uploading all existing listings from eBay to shopify & etsy, or vice versa. The support team are actually on hand 24/7 and always give concise, comprehensive support to any of my queries, and will also show visual examples (screenshots with pointers etc to guide you). My only one qualm is that I cannot delete/discontinue an item from all platforms with one button, you have to go between to ensure they are ended and deleted. But in LitCommerce's defense this is to avoid accidental deletion of items. Harvey V. in particular has gone above and beyond with customer service for me. Thank you!
