Easy to use app, but most of all wonderful support whenever you have a question or need a hand with anything. Seamless integration with Shopify and eBay. I only have great things to say about LitCommerce.
I highly recommend this app, not only because of their features but for their immediate and friendly prompt chat support in any regards, THANK YOU.
I am still testing this app. It seems to be working well, there is a learning curve, but I am taking my time and getting better.
I am really however wanting to talk about the customer service. Because I feel a reputable good company means that there is good people that are there to help you. I am really impressed with the customer service I got with help making sure something was working correctlly, (Hanah) helped me a lot. I was actually really impressed because I am used to customer service people not being able to understand me or not fully understanding the issue and when I checked Hanah already understood perfectly everything I said, and there was no need for me to check.
The point is, I would choose a company that even wasn't perfect but had GREAT personable customer support, over a company that might work better, but had terrible customer support. So I will be upgrading to a paid plan soon, AND I was told you can request a refund as well. Which is comforting to know, since the paid plans allow you to test out all the features.
So this is a very legit service. With a very clean design, and actually rather simple once you get the hang of it. Thanks for all the help! And have a great day ! ;)
This is great software, easy to use and navigate. We only had 1 issue which was our single listings trying to link to an amazon multi listing. We got in touch with the litcommerce team who sorted this out for us very quickly.
The team at Lit Commerce does exactly what they say they will do and even more. I used their service to migrate my existing Amazon web store with over 8000 products to a new Shopify store I was creating. I created the website and did the merge but did not check it up until almost 2 months later. I noticed I was now missing new products that I had listed on Amazon after the first migration, so I had questions, reached out to them and the team got back to me as fast as they can and provided stellar service honestly. After having questions about both Amazon and Shopify web stores, they had answers that were incredibly useful and I was able to learn a lot about their platform along the process. They were exceptional, and I was able to migrate all of my products with ease after it being explained to me by one of their developers on how to do it. I will definitely continue to use this product for my other brands I manage as well. Two Thumbs WAY UP for Lit Commerce. I recommend it to all looking for a way to relieve yourself of the daunting task of moving over your products to a new platform, especially if you have thousands of products. You can get it done with ease using Lit Commerce.
Litcommerce is great! So much easier to use than InkFrog and Sellbrite. Excellent communication and support. They are willing to go the extra mile to get your business running smoothly on eBay.

I am very impressed with this app. I tried several apps to post to Amazon, and none of them worked quite right. This one works, and has the benefit of a couple other features that the other apps didn't have 1) if there is an error pushing your listing to one of the channels, they tell you. And it tells you what the error is so it can be resolved. Many of the others are just "black boxes" that require support 5 times a day. 2) being able to add custom content to the Descriptions (such as meta fields from Shopify) was HUGE for me. It's the only one I know of that does that. Finally, when I have needed a bit of help, Support has resolved my questions within 12 hours or so every time. Forget trying to find 5 apps to do the job that this one does all on its own.

I have been searching for a platform that checked all the boxes for what seemed like forever. Most of the things I needed would cost upwards of $80 a month and I just couldn't afford that. Upon using this platform there was a bit of a learning curve but the customer assistance is immediate. Louisa spent hours with me helping me iron out all the details (and this was in the middle of the night for her with the time difference). Having fast and helpful customer service in this world is worth more than money, as its saving me hours of trial and error on my end.
