working well - when using shopify and ebay this one works best and support was there helpfull when needed
What really stands out is how intuitive the dashboard is. Even with zero technical background, I was able to set up advanced automation sequences that have dramatically reduced my manual workload. Their customer support team deserves special mention; when I had integration questions with my Shopify store, they provided personalized guidance rather than generic troubleshooting.
Their customer support is excellent and I enjoy the app as well. There's a few little issues with it but the good support makes up for that.
Barley works as it should... customer support replies fast, but its pretty much ai replies... they waste your time and run you in circles. Its been over charging me for months and not allowing me to publish any new items, just gives an error. Im paying for 1000 listings and only have 200 live.
They support just gives automated ai replies...
I wouldn't recommend this app, unfortunately. I wish it worked as it promised.
The LitCommerce app is very robust in the ability to work between several e-commerce platforms. Live chat customer service was phenomenal in assisting me and working through a variety of questions I asked the representative.
Rosalie helped me so much and made the instructions simple and clear. I would never have figured out what was wrong on my end without her! Best customer service i've ever had.

Only have bad things to say about this app. I've used another app in the past for Ebay, and it worked great, was able to download 10K+ products in less than 1-2 hours, very user friendly and never needed to reach out to customer service.
Add to try another app for a new channel that we now have, and this one is a nightmare. To upload multiple products, you have to uplaod from Shopify, then upload through their templates, then uplaod to the desired channel. For 10K + products, I'm now at 3 days of upload of work.
Some download stopped at some point for no reason, and gets frozen. You then have to reach out to customer service, who solve the problem in 12 hours. So you cannot do anything by that point.
Also, the pricing mentions X$ for X number of listings. But if you list your items on 2 channels, it means that your listing will be doubling, and therefore you have to take a new subscription tier. For 10K+ products, I had to upgrade to the 20K listing because I had 2 channels. Knowing that upfront, I would have chosen another app, doing the same thing, but way less expansive.
I regret a lot taking this app, since now after all of this work, I'm considering just deleting everything and moving on to another app, as the monthly pricing is probably 5X the other available app on the market.

So far so good, will update review in the future. Takes some learning but seems well laid out. I don't like not being able to update all products to a channel at once instead of batches of 100. I know channels have limits but it could at least be queued. I have 3 channels connected, would like to bring my other channels to this platform but it's gets really pricey. Also if the listing type is not the same across all channels the products cannot be linked, weird as it should just connect to the SKU. Support are excellent and have always been helpful in resolving any issues or queries.
