Awesome support. Live Chat support kept asking the right questions, including screenshots, to arrive at clear understanding of the customer's request. Then provided the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
The support is awesome; very kind team and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The app is very smooth and just as advertised.
I can't say enough good things about the support team for this app. Whenever I had an issue or a question, they were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.
Very patience excellent customer service
Having used many marketplace apps they all have their quirks. The main quirk with LitCommerce is knowing to have your Channel Settings (specific menu on each marketplace page) exactly right before you move Shopify products to your respective marketplace draft page. If you get that right, it's mostly smooth sailing. The reason I give this app 5 stars is because the software is polished, mostly intuitive, has the right functionality for almost any store and the support is first class. The other great thing about their support is how much they accommodate US time zones. I hope to be a long term customer.
Sehr schneller und kompetenter Support. Litcommerce ist schneller und letzten Endes einfach zu bedienen als viele andere Tools. Besonders praktisch und essenziell ist die Sync-Funktion mit dem Invantar, um Doppelverkäufe auf mehreren Plattformen zu vermeiden.

Beats all other integration apps for 3rd party seller platforms that we've tried by a mile. Their customer support alone is incredible, and their app is well thought out and solves problems that we've had with other apps.
