Great customer service. Very patient and available on the weekends. We use this product to sync inventory between Amazon FBM and Shopify. We also use it to like our products on Etsy. Great product!
Always get great assistance and speedy responses when the support team is online and available (especially Harvey today for his fantastic help).
The support team is quick to reply and find solutions and help us keep our orders and products synced and importing correctly and fixing or showing us how to fix errors when they arise.
I've only been using this for a day, but so far it's doing everything that I need it to do, and it's doing it well! Also, the sync time is super fast and the support is very helpful! 10/10, would recommend, will pay for again.
This has been the easiest and most complete app I've tried for pushing my products to eBay. The template and recipe features help automate a lot. All apps like this have a learning curve but after two days I feel like I have my head wrapped around it and most of my ~1,000 products are listed. I've dealt with two people for support so far and both have been professional and very helpful in helping me get setup.
