Channelize has been a great engagement option for us with clients during live shopping. It allows all details about each item to be shown so viewers and watch and shop in the same location -- no leaving the show to checkout, wonderful!

We LOVE Channelize! Live shopping has been such a game changer for our business! It's taken our revenues to the next level. Their pricing is super fair, and we have access to every single feature and unlimited everything. Our conversion rates are off the chart and our customer's LTV is AMAZING. Their team is always available to help which is huge plus. This is by far the absolute best live shopping and shoppable video app!

You have to pay for a year in advance. After 3 months of use, they banned me without notice. They then refused to refund any of my money, and we're not talking pennies here. I gave them $1000. This is a scam company, stay far away.

Channelize offers both annual and monthly plans, with pricing and billing terms clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

In this instance, the account was terminated following a review that determined live streaming activity on the account violated our platform’s Terms and Conditions regarding prohibited content.

We apply our policies consistently to protect the integrity of the platform and our broader customer community.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Angshuman Mitra while setting up the Channelize app on my Shopify store, and I have to say — the experience exceeded all expectations.

This is by far out best app. So easy to use and the team is amazing. This has taken our business to the next level. The shoppable videos have tripled our conversions on our product page. So interviewed almost every platform at the time and we just felt they had everything. The sky is the limit with this app.

We have been using the app for over a month now, and have already done three live shows of one hour each. Found the product easy to setup and use. The support team is also very reachable. We reached out to them with a few queries like if we could download the videos and they were able to resolve all our queries. Our users have also found the app interface during live streaming quite easy to use. We highly recommend it if you are planning to integrate live streaming into your Shopify store.

Our account access has been restored and we have successfully gone live again. Thank you to the team for the follow-up and fix. As a suggestion, an in-dashboard maintenance notice would help ensure important messages are not missed.

We just had our first show with Channelize, and it was a big success! Their support and strategies were really helpful in getting us up and running, and RTMP feature is really helpful if you need to stream from another platform into Channelize.
