Locksmith

We have been using Locksmith for some six months and are delighted with both their app and their support. Our queries in advance of launching the app were handled very quickly and efficiently and we have found Locksmith to be the most responsive of all the suppliers we have had contact with. In particular, they read our requests and respond appropriately to them – what a delight after dealing with so many companies who half-read requests and churn out standard, unrelated responses!

This week we asked them for help with an issue on our pricing display. Ken responded within six hours (an excellent response time compared to our normal experience) to clarify one point and suggest an extra improvement to take our site even further. Nineteen minutes after our response he had the solution live!

Another price display query arose around the same time, and Ken kindly resolved that for us equally efficiently.

We truly recommend Locksmith and we really appreciate all Ken’s help. I don't think we have ever before received such a prompt, efficient and effective response to any support request!

Locksmith is an amazing app. Very easy to use, works perfectly. Well engineered. Reliable. It is a crucial plugin for us that allows us to change our entire website and products for regular customers vs wholesale customers.

We've been using this app to lock certain collections in our store, so that we can offer discounted prices to logged in customers only at certain times/on certain days. The app is extremely easy to use, the locks work perfectly and the explanations on how to use them are clear.

Easily recommend this app over the similar ones i tried before. This app thought about everything, every time i needed a particular lock system, Tristan from the support team helped me achive it.

Couldn't say enough good things about this app and developer. Very useful app for locking down sections of Shopify you want to reserve for logged-in customers/ wholesale customers only. Numerous applications, quite granular, flexible, and easy to modify.

Price is rather reasonable as well.

We use Locksmith to hide our Wholesale product page from our retail customers, only giving access to our wholesale accounts. Its much easier than setting up a dedicated website just for wholesalers!

Amazing customer support, highly recommended.

I am still in the free trial phase (but will definitely use it going forward) yet Isaac has treated us like a long-time customer as we are working out an issue as to our specific site needs - can't speak highly enough about Isaac and his support!
