Locksmith

Not very impressed. I had this app installed in order to lock my wholesale section. It worked at first, then locked all my sections. Fixed it, then it happened again. So basically I am losing sales because my whole site has again been locked.

Emailed yesterday at 6:00 and have still not heard back.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! These guys were SO HELPFUL, I am astonished. I have never had this much help and support and quick response time with ANY other app provider for shopify. I would always use these guys and this app, which also works perfectly, every time I can!

We have been using LockSmith to help control access to the 'Add to Cart' from certain geographical locations (countries and states) until we're sure that we're ready to sell to those locations. LockSmith does exactly what we need and the Tech Support team were really helpful and pro-active in answering questions. We're definately sticking with LockSmith for the geolocation access and we're looking forward to using it on other parts of our site when we're ready.

I use this app to lock a "Members Marketplace" for my Subscription Box subscribers. Works like a charm!

This is by far THE BEST app EVER! I wish I would have found it sooner! It lets me control who can see what content based on customer tag. I was able to accomplish with my whole shop in just half an hour what I was trying to do with a $60 a month app that never worked correctly.

The app is amazing: quick to install, no coding required and easy to set up. We always had problems with displaying and hiding products, as our entire product range is not available for all customer groups and this caused a lot of confusion for our customers. Now, with the B2B Sales Ordering App and Locksmith, we have the perfect setup for all our different customer groups and pricing. The pricing model of the Lockmsith App is super innovative and the proposed price was very fair.

They help with some minor tweaks and helped make what seem complicated, very understandable and delivered on their words. Thanks! Highly recommend this App if you need some solid locking functionality. Lots of ways to use it.

App is too slow, it takes forever in retrieving the lock handles, if you have other options, do not use it.

Holy crap, this app solved so many headaches for me!
I can create free versions of products that don't show up in 'All Products' or store Search results, without touching any code.
I also plan to use this app for product versions only visible to Wholesale customers.
The language, care and vibe present in the App's presentation and interface adds a nice human touch, too.
