This app is a lifesaver when it comes to understanding customer issues. It has consistently worked flawlessly, and I've never had to contact the developers for support. The implementation is exceptionally well thought out and makes troubleshooting quick and effortless.
I get support even though I'm on the free plan. A nice way for Magefan to make sure their tool fits in our stack and show how much they care.

Incredible Support for Shopify – Highly Recommend!

The app does exactly what we need it to and the support / app team are superb and extremely responsive. When we raised an enquiry about a functionality issue we were having, the Magefan team were on it immediately and rolled out the feature within a few weeks!
Works very well. We went with the Pro Plan. It allowed for direct login within, forcing the sign-in that most reviews complain about.
It works smoothly with both legacy B2C and the new B2B customer models.
Didn't give us what we wanted. It prompted to seek approval from the customer. Very dependant on the type of Shopify plan which is disappointing.
Thank you for your review. If you don't use Shopify Plus, you can log in to your customers' accounts in two ways. Asking customers for approval is not the only option. You can also reset the customer's password and log in without approval.

Works great out of the box. Just need to make sure you have a shopify plus account and to turn on multipass.
Unfortunately, the app didn't work for me. Tried logging in as customer and it kept taking me to a page where I had to login. I've used services like this before, and never had to re-login. I contacted support and have not gotten a response in 5-days.

The "Incorrect password or login" issue appears if you want to log in to a customer account and the customer hasn't granted you access to his account.
So in this case, to be able to log in you have to request assistance or change the customer password or login. We talk more about this here: https://magefan.com/shopify/apps/login-as-customer/incorrect-email-or-password.
Can't say enough good things about this app and it what it has enabled us to do immediately upon installation. It's all cheers from our Customer Service department which can now effectively assist customers with login issues, cart issues, discount testing, etc. Excellent!!
