We wanted to add a subscription option on our site that did not cost a fortune like some other apps we considered. The Loop was the perfect fit for our needs. Plus, when our custom code didn't allow for an automated install, the loop team actually reached out to us to get it installed properly. They did all the heavy lifting and tested it to make sure it worked properly. They even pointed out an option fix to be added to our cart that they noticed. Highly recommend!

I used this app to help set up subscriptions on my site. I had several questions throughout the process, and they were great with answering them through the in-app chat. When I had a more complicated question about how the app works (because my set up is a little unusual) Piyush really went above and beyond. We scheduled a video call, and I was able to share my screen and he explained pretty much the entire app top to bottom to help me with the best setup for what I was trying to do.

Loop is AWESOME! It is the only app we found which combines functionality of product bundles AND subscriptions in a very user-friendly interface. We have been using the Loop $99 plan and it kind of pays for itself as 90% of our website sales go through the Loop app!
The bundles and discounts are accomplished in a 'smart' back-end way i.e. by creating custom discount codes rather than 100s of product variants. Also, HUGE shout-out to the support team. Manan, Adarsh, Varun and others are always available to answer my questions and they quickly solve simple coding and formatting issues. Well done LOOP!

Literally a game changer. We switched from Bold Recurring to Loop and it is a 100000% better. The switchover did take some time and we did see some hiccups in the process because we also were switching everyone to be billed on 1st of every month rather than every 30 days based on their signup date. Support was swift and helpful, we are now completely switched over. Reasons we switched: Being able to charge someone immediately for a subscription (no matter the day of the month) and then have them charged on the 1st every month after that, better UI experience for us managing accounts/subscribers, better UI for subscribers AND the cherry on top that we didn't know - Loop will actually create an order for the product each month so shipping and everything is already filled out. Like I said, game changer.
