The platform offers great functionality, and the team has been incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. We appreciate the features available, though we do wish there were more subscription portal access options for our subscribers. That said, there are a few exciting features in development that we’re looking forward to. Overall, a solid subscription management solution with a great support team!

The built in Flows are so powerful and intuitive that we easily built out our complex scenarios in minutes. Before most tasks required engineers to make changes, now our CS team are empowered to make changes themselves. Also, any issues we have faced have been acknowledged and resolved/work around or fixed very quickly.
