The app is great, the product catalog is amazing, shipping is fast and return process is smooth.
We would have definitely continued working with LD, but decided to uninstall the app, because of the VAT 22% they charge us on every order.
We work also with other dropshipping companies from Italy and normally you don't get charged a VAT if you are a business customer (according to EU regulation).
We tried to communicate the issue with LD, but there is still no clarity on that. Unfortunately.

Regarding VAT, our pricing is exclusive of VAT, and per EU regulations, a 22% VAT applies to orders with a European destination. This is standard for consumption tax in the EU, where VAT is due at the final point of sale and since this is dropshipping going to the final point of the sale, it is not considered a b2b transaction, we are looking into ways to resolve this, a member of our team will get in touch with you.

We offer a service of displaying what Distributors want to sell in Dropshipping Method, pricing comes like this from the Brand distributor, and we have no control over it.
We Also want to emphasize that Expectations for Margin of Luxury Goods Dropshipping should be According to realistic expectations and factors such as :
1- This is a service provided with no minimum order quantity, and the products being supplied are of very high demand , we also offer 14 days return and customer service.
2- Given that the items are high ticket products (average selling price of 500$ ) a margin from 30-50% should be expected but not higher, if the dropshipper wants to remain competitive and sell below Retail.
