This app significantly increased our client's engagement with our products and conversion rate. When we needed help the customer care was really attentive and help us out. Would recommend :) (FYI our stores sells sunglasses)

We Started using this app in 2021, and with some glitches in the beginning was okay as we were also learning and they were also improving, But when we decided to have more products we negotiated our price with them so we can get integration from them to save our time & can invest in something else, also we were committed that those files will be provided to us.
POOR ATTITUDE & SERVICE
1 Their customer service by CCO is poor with very poor attitude !
2 CCO declined to keep the commitment made in writing with several excuses in several emails on record. Like they stop providing asset files "SEVERAL YEARS AGO" , whereas committed us in 2021 & another one if we requested an product to be integrated previously (which we requested and paid in 2022) they will do it, after providing them proof they declined to do so.
POOR ACCOUNTING
3 Number were not matching with our published products every time we went through audit and their accounting system is very poor.
4 Products published will have Try-On disappeared, they will ask you do whole process again & again, we have done it 2 times. Means be prepare if you have more SKU then dedicate a person for auditing every 3 to 6 month and then provide them proofs.
POOR MANAGEMENT
5 Their staff keep changing every 6 month we had been dealing with new manager with going through the whole process again and again. - Frustrating
POOR RESPONSE
6 We agreed to certain price now they disagree for integration. (now we are okay with that as our staff agreed to do in my office but do need technical details which they are not providing)
7 Also they agreed to certain plan when they started this app & now they are looking for customer to pay current price without any prior updates.
6 We were told an dedicated manager will be there to account to manage and provide service A. Manager will keep changing B Product wont be integrated C If you raise a question they will disagree to same and now new is they can dedicate and manager was Surprise to me personally.

I had my staff dedicated to this for 1 month in 2021 end and then we went through whole process, then same we went through in 2022 and same we provided them the proof. This time I am spending time myself and doing it already spent 5 days in a row and now counting as switching to another plugin will need time.

If you are dealing with them make sure you have everything in writing & accounting is in perfection with them.

Apart from being expensive, it does not work on the Facebook browser. What's the use when most of your customers are being referred from Facebook & then it says that the camera is not supported on the Facebook browser. Even on Instagram browser loading gets stuck at 100% & the camera still doesn't open.

Dear K EYE CO Online, that time it was a limitation of camera access in mentioned browsers. Fortunately, on the latest Android and iOS systems, its already working on Facebook & Instagram browser.

We use this app and love it...allowing our customer a try on feature is amazing and helps them to make an informed choice of product.

The support from the support team has been exceptional!! They have accommodated every request that I have submitted...promptly and without question!!

Excellent customer service. They were very helpful in setting up the virtual mirror on my store. When there were little problems, they have been quick to correct them. I would highly recommend it!

You all are the worst company ever good product but extremely poor customer service you are charged $129 and they provide no service as far as installing and setting up the app that cost that much money and when I reached out for help I didn’t get any type of help so after you charge a person 129 you should be able to help them install this product for $129 I mean that’s just make senses you charge people and then you don’t provide the proper help for them to install this product So let me be very very clear everyone I haven’t been able to use this application for a full 24 hours but yet still I’ve been charged $129 they won’t refund me my money and they refused to help me set up the service that they charge me for worst company ever be warned Shopify community be warned if at all possible please stay away from this company they’re just literally two actions away from a full scam please be on alert community please I wish this app would be taken out of the community it’s taken down the respectability and integrity that we have all come to expect from dealing with the community of the other applications have no problem first off assisting you with installing their products but most importantly after they figure out there’s some type a problem there they have no problem refunding you your money but before that they help you and these app don’t cost nearly as much as this app but they provide better customer service which is backwards for the money you paid to this company they should be more than willing to help install the product that they made any company should be able to stand behind their product and provide A decent service for their product. Thank you for wasting my time thank you for wasting my money and thank you for misrepresenting this community.
