Whenever I need help someone always gets back to me in a timely manner. They have been able to understand exactly what my needs are. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone that might be as technically challenged as me.

I have had to make changes to some of the things on my website and I reached out to their support numerous times and they responded quickly and changed things a few times. Their support is amazing. The custom fields app gave us everything we wanted - allowing us to fully customize our product pages, which is super important for a shop of our kind. Moreover (and more importantly) - we just can't explain how good is the support we got from the support team. With the extensive customization needed for our products this is a lifesaver. Easy to use. Would love to see the option to duplicate fields and fields options, and also link to products by tag (maybe under custom conditions).

Great customer support. Had an issue but they were very responsive and resolved the problem right away. The app is working great and I have very specific forms on each variant. So far the way the form changes dynamically on a product has been great.
