Free Vacation Mode

Neat app, super handy, makes it really easy to put your shop in vacation mode while customers can still explore the shop. Easy access to vacation mode variable through Liquid. Thank you!

This is a very, very useful app for Shopify, and it's completely free, at least for now. Finally a tool with which you can temporarily (or longer) block the sale of products without having to "hide" your entire shop. This can be helpful for many small companies if, for example, the entire work cannot be done due to illness.
The app works immediately and flawlessly. You can add an additional popup where customers can register during the "closure". The good thing is that this email registration is linked to "Shopify email", so that the "double opt-in" (DOI) works, which is mandatory in the EU.
The display of this popup was previously in english. Thanks to a mega top hammer SUPPORT, this has been changed, at least for German-speaking shops, so that the ad is now available in German. The app does this automatically if the shop has the language "German". So: A useful little app with fast, good support. We recommend !

Das ist eine sehr, sehr nützliche App für Shopify und zumindest im Moment noch komplett kostenfrei. Endlich ein Tool, womit man den Verkauf von Produkten vorrübergehend (oder länger) sperren kann, ohne dass man seinen gesamten Shop "ausblenden" muss. Das kann für viele kleine Firmen hilfreich sein, wenn z.B. Krankheit die gesamte Arbeit flach legt. Die App funktioniert sofort und einwandfrei. Man kann ein zusätzliches Popup dazu schalten, wo die Kunden sich während der "Schließung" eintragen können. Das gute daran ist, dass diese E-Mail-Eintragung an "Shopify-E-Mail" gekoppelt ist, sodass das "Double-Opt-In" (DOI) funktioniert, was in der EU ja Pflicht ist. Die Anzeige dieses Pupups war bisher in englischer Sprache. Dank einem Mege-Spitzen-Hammer-SUPPORT wurde dies zumindes für deutschsprachige Shops so geändert, dass nun die Anzeige in deutscher Sprache vorliegt. Das macht die App automatisch, wenn der Shop die Sprache deutsch hat. Also: Eine nützliche kleine App mit einem schnellen, guten Support. SEHR zu EMPFEHLEN !

Endlich ein Ferienmodus für Shopify, bei dem alle Produkte sichtbar bleiben :-)

Wenn die Option "inline message" ausgewählt wird, werden keine google fonts aus US-Servern geladen (bei der Pop-Up-Funktin allerings schon).

Der Kundneservice ist megaschnell und freundlich, und hat bei einem glitch bedingt durch mein altes theme schnell geholfen, so dass jetzt alles klappt.

This does exactly what I need it to do. Creates a very visible notification for the customer while also giving them the choice to sign up for updates.
