JAN 4, 2023 - yesterday, they asked for the WP feed, and I provided it. Been over 24 hours, and still no resolution or response. Also, no response on issue number THREE mentioned below about whether synced content is deleted when you discontinue the subscription service, just like they warn that the content would be deleted when your trial runs out.

JAN 2, 2023 - Got a response back saying they were short-staffed during Christmas break. They provided a link to Squarespace, which said their RSS feed limited how many articles you could sync, which is not on PugSync.

JAN 1, 2023 - Still waiting for an acknowledgment of the emails.

DEC 27, 2022 - I sent two emails to support about issues I am experiencing - but am still waiting to hear back - maybe because of the Christmas holidays. Please respond ASAP.

One - The Squarespace sync only imports ten blog articles out of 60. I upgraded the subscription, thinking there was a limit on the trial version. That did not resolve the issue.

Two - The WordPress sync is not working.

Three - You need to clarify whether articles already synced would be deleted if the app is deleted. Do you state that articles will be removed when the trial ends, but what about when the app is deleted after a subscription?

I emailed both issues to helpdesk@blackpugstudio.com.

Thank you very much for your feedback.

We apologize for the inconvenience and for the delay in response. We were indeed short-staffed during this holiday period.

The App is currently limited to importing ten posts from SquareSpace. It is a feature we would like to improve in the near future.

Following your inquiry, we deployed a fix related to the synchronizing issue of WordPress articles. It should now be fully resolved. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to report the issue, as it helps us to improve the App.

You are correct; our FAQ does not include information that upon cancelation of your subscription, the articles synchronized using our application would be deleted. We’ve taken note of this, and we will update it as soon as possible to let our users know about it.

We take all feedback very seriously and strive to make the App a great and simple tool to import articles to your Shopify store.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
