I definitely struggled with it when I was first setting it up. However, The developer was always INSANELY fast to get back to me about any issues that I had. He even worked with me on a Sunday Morning for 2 hours to get everything fixed and helped create different options to make sure my clients could navigate everything better. Truly recommend this service.

I needed an easy way for shoppers to schedule a pick up and get a reminder text. This tool was extremely easy to use and adjust as my schedule adjusted. The texting service was easy and very useful. Customer service was fantastic when we wanted the widget in a second location. I highly recommend it!

Needed this app because of the COVID legislation here in Belgium that obliges customers to take appointment to come to physical, non-essential shops, and have a proof (sms, email...) of their appointment on their phone. This does the job just perfectly ! This app is easy to setup, and the support from the app provider is really quick and great!

I’m not really too computer savvy so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to set up this app. I reached out to customer service and Clark took care of us. He set up the app easily and much quicker than I ever could. It’s working great!

I tried and deleted multiple apps until I found copilot. I was able to speak with the owner who helped set up the calendar to fit my specific needs. If something needed to be tweaked, they were prompt to getting back with me to help out. I would very much recommend this app.
