I messaged pretty late on New Years day not thinking I was going to get any support via messanger but I was totally wrong. They sorted everything out for me straight the way. Highly recommend!

It seems quite straightforward but I feel like the language could be plainer and easier to understand. It wasn't immediately obvious to me how to install the widget to my shopify page without making a new page (mine was already done) and I doubt I would have been able to figure out the code had I not asked for help.

This app doesn't work, it keeps loading and refuses to launch. Literally the only app that does this.

The issue you may have experienced could be due to the fact that your store is still not publicly available or that you were trying to view the widget while in preview mode. We can help you troubleshoot if you'd like.

I think the app is probably good and Clark via did reply but installation for a layperson is not easy. Its a busy time of season but customer service was short and far from helpful. Frustrating but 'tis the season I guess

We always provide timely support but it should not be expected that we can reply every minute, on the minute; your original request came in before we were even open for business. The app was working as you requested and we even went the extra step to setup an example for you.
