A daily bot attack was creating hundreds of fake customer accounts on our site, resulting in thousands of accounts that weren’t tied to sales or genuine customer activity. After installing MIDA Fraud IP Blocker, we were able to identify some of the IP addresses responsible for the attacks and completely resolve the issue — no more fake customer accounts.

Beyond solving the immediate problem, the app also provides a lot of helpful, interesting data for anyone who likes to dig into the technical side of the customer journey.

The MIDA team has been quick to respond, incredibly kind, and remarkably helpful with every minor issue or question we’ve raised. We couldn’t be more pleased with the app or the support behind it.

Great app. Alicia was a great help and explained many things for us. They work 24 hrs /6 days a wk. We were able to block a few IP addresses and a few last names and a few emails. Happy with the app.
