This app has been helping out tremendously. We had an issue with someone performing some credit card testing (fraud) repeatedly over the past few weeks. Installed Mida to set up some checkout protection automation and have fallen in love with this app and the support we've gotten from the entire support team!
We've been using the app for several weeks and noticed a huge difference in our analytics. This has allowed us to make better decisions in marketing and outreach. Customer service has been quick to respond and a joy to deal with.
So far, this app has been fantastic and really insightful. After having hundreds of thousands of visits from bots, the analytics data started to become very skewed.
Already, after just a few days a large amount of bots are being blocked. I've not even looked into it's order fraud filters yet.
