Very fast and helpful support. I haven't used the app fully but I will come back for a review in a few days. Looks very promising and easy to use as a customer. thank you for the great support
So far the app has worked great, and the customer service is spot on - they answer very quickly and offered to help with a specific problem we had. I removed one star because using the app takes a little bit of getting used to, it's not something you can do without getting to know instructions first.
Was looking for an Upsell for the holiday sales, but the customer support never reply my question after waiting for a week still nothing.
We did reply to them via email a couple of times but seems like the email address they provided was a non responsive one.
Excellent app has helped a lot. Support is excellent, very quick and very helpful. Pricing is great also.
I need more experience with this app to be certain of it's reliability and how the features / functions work but so far so good. The support staff have been highly responsive when they're open and are kind, courteous and willing to test and demonstrate using video recordings how to help you see what is going on with your Monk/app specific issues on your website.

This app is amazing. Tried a lot but non of them are as good as this app. The best thing is customer support. They are even helping me with setup when it was 2AM with google meet. Amazing thank you!
App works great for other uses but the developers are extremely friendly and very helpful to solve any issues! Must use if you need support asap!
Man it took me forever to find a good "upsell addon app" that does a good job of showing the upsell on the PRODUCT PAGE, eveeerything is a popup, ew.
The customer support is absolutely killer, and they offer so much. This is literally the best upsell/cross app so far that I've tried, and I tried every single one on 2-3 pages of shopify apps.
