MooseDesk literally makes customer support effortless. It's great for having live chat, email and social media all in one place - the best part? - IT'S FREEE!
It wasn't hard to create the FAQ section either and the view of customers answering their own questions really reduced my workload very much.
Further I can answer my messages through the mobile app and their customer service is exceptional. They've looked into all my queries and responded back with a solution really quick!

I loved this app: LiveChat, WhatsApp, Ticket Raising, and Order Tracking. And the best part: It's FREE. Yes, you heard it right. It's the best one, which we are exploring now.
Their support is also very quick and get things done very fast. We had a customized live chat option for particular hours and they did it overnight.
