Just downloaded this app today in hopes to offer better communication and access to potential and existing customers. So far so good and the customer service has been excellent and open to feedback about an email feature inquired about. Highly recommend this app :)

I'm mainly using MooseDesk to manage my FAQ section. The app is generally easy to use and convenient. I’m currently on a free beta version, so I understand that not everything is fully polished yet.
I did run into a bug when adding a new question — it broke the formatting (fonts, bold text, etc.). Support eventually fixed it, but the time zone delay made the whole process a bit frustrating. Since then, I've been hesitant to make further edits.
That said, the tool shows promise, and I’ll likely use it for more features in the future. I’d recommend it to store owners looking for a simple FAQ solution, keeping in mind that a few improvements are still needed.
